Qorinx OÜ is a software development company registered in Tallinn, Estonia (registry code 17422930). We work with founders and in-house product teams across the EU, the UK and the US, and every engagement starts the same way: a fixed scope, a fixed price and a date in the contract.
Most of what we take on falls into four shapes. A first version that needs to reach real users (MVP development). A platform that has to hold up once customers are paying for it (SaaS development). An existing codebase that has stopped being safe to change (backend rescue). And AI features that have to survive contact with production rather than demo well. If you would rather add capacity than hand over a project, a dedicated development team works as an extension of yours, and custom software development covers the internal tools that never fit an off-the-shelf product.
You own everything we write. Source code, infrastructure config and documentation transfer to you at handover, in your repositories and your cloud account, with no license fees and no lock-in. Contracts are EU contracts, invoicing is EU invoicing, and personal data stays inside the GDPR perimeter.

Scoping call
One call to go through what you need, what already exists and what "done" has to look like. We do not invoice for discovery.
Fixed quote
A written scope, one price for the whole build and a delivery date, back with you within 48 hours. If the scope moves later, the quote moves with it, in writing.
Build in weekly increments
Senior engineers only, no juniors billed at senior rates. Every week you get working software on a staging environment you can click through yourself.
Launch and handover
Code, infrastructure config and docs move to your accounts. Post-launch support is available if you want it and never a condition of the handover.

02How does fixed pricing actually work?
After a scoping call we send one number for the whole build and put the deadline in the contract. No hourly invoices, no surprise overruns, if it takes us longer than planned, that's our cost, not yours.

Most projects ship in 2-6 weeks. You get a working version early, then hardening against real data, not one big reveal at the end.
04Who actually writes the code?
The senior engineers you meet on the first call. No account managers, no junior benches, no outsourcing chains, which is exactly why we can commit to a fixed price and a real date.
05Who owns the code and IP?
You do, 100%, from day one. Full source code and documentation are handed over, with no lock-in to us.
