Circle Hospitality is a staffing agency that places hospitality staff into venues, and its people were being coordinated over a patchwork of phone calls, spreadsheets and messaging apps. Workers had no single place to see the shifts open to them, set their availability, or confirm the hours they had actually worked, and the office had no reliable way to reach the right people and fill a shift quickly. The agency needed one app its whole workforce could live in, on whatever phone they happened to own.
We built Circle Professionals as a single cross-platform employee app shipping to both the App Store and Google Play, so no worker is left out by the device they carry. The product is organized around the day-to-day loop of agency work: see what is available, say when you can work, get deployed to a venue, and log the hours. We kept onboarding light and the core flows fast, because the people using it are often on their feet between shifts rather than sitting at a desk.
Circle Professionals is live on iOS and Android as the employee app for the agency. Staff set their availability, browse and accept open shifts, see where and when they are deployed, and submit timesheets for the hours they work, with push notifications keeping them in the loop as new shifts and updates land. For the agency it turns a scattered, manual coordination process into one system its whole workforce shares, so filling a shift is a notification rather than a round of phone calls.
