An arisan, a rotating savings group, known elsewhere as a ROSCA, tontine or chit fund, is usually run out of a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet. Nobody can see who has actually paid, the draw runs on trust, and the organiser spends every cycle chasing members and answering "who paid?". The real problem is transparency: members want to see the pot, the payment status and who is up next, and the organiser wants proof and a clean record without policing a group chat.

We built Rondu as a shared source of truth for the whole group rather than an admin-only tool. An organiser sets up an arisan once, name, contribution amount, frequency and number of members, in about a minute, then invites people by a 6-digit code or a link. From there every member sees the same live dashboard, transfer proof is uploaded and confirmed in a single tap, and the draw becomes an event rather than a spreadsheet cell. Rondu is free for members, so adoption is never gated by cost.

Rondu ships on the App Store as a real-time arisan manager. The whole group sees the pot, who has paid and the draw schedule; members upload a transfer screenshot that the organiser confirms in one tap, keeping a per-cycle audit trail; and automatic reminders mean nobody has to be chased. A live draw with a shake-the-jar animation produces a shareable winner card, turning a trust-based ritual into something transparent and fun.
